Pat A. Tamakloe, PhD (“Dr. Pat”) is the President/Chief Executive Officer of GLOBAL REACH Leadership Institute, a leadership strategy consulting and training firm, and the founder of Tamakloe & Co, a leadership literature enterprise, based in Virginia Beach, Virginia. As an organizational leadership expert, he has worked with a myriad of startup and small business organizations in the United States and abroad. He is a leadership consultant, certified speaker, executive coach, and team trainer. He also co-pastors the Norfolk, Virginia, congregation of an international church ministry.

Dr. Pat retired from enlisted and commissioned service in the US Navy after twenty-three years of leading in various capacities in the United States and overseas. His vast executive acumen and expertise in multinational strategic, tactical, and leadership training with a passion for organizational leadership, personal growth, mentorship, and development across all leadership continuums have earned him influential positions on various local and international boards.

Pat is a strong advocate and trainer of diversity and inclusion programs across organizations, especially in the United States. As a notable global leader and change agent, he supports and fosters community development and transformation initiatives in the United States and overseas. He enjoys golf, traveling, and spending time with his family and church.
