Fel has been a faithful member of the GLI team. She has worked in a private company as an Office Manager and Customer Relations Service for the last 25 years. As Client Relationship Director, she acts as a liaison between customers and GLI department making sure that the lines of communication remain open.

The Client Relationship Director is an integral part of GLI’s customer value proposition. Implemented feedback loops allow us to capture feedback to improve customer service and ensure that quality and service exceed customer expectations.
